What we do is only possible with help from our volunteers.
The Dwelling Place (TDP) is fully operated by volunteers. Volunteer opportunities are available at the TDP Day Center, TDP Essentially Basic Hygiene Pantry, and TDP Shelters.
Do you have three hours on Monday or Friday once per month? Join us at TDP Day Center. Volunteers work under our Day Manager ensuring our neighbors have orderly access to our facilities and assist with serving lunch as needed.
Interested in helping behind the scenes? Join our cleaning team or help us cook once a month. Contact us for more information.
TDP Essentially Basic Hygiene Pantry volunteers prepare bags of products and ensure our essential hygiene products are fully stocked.
TDP Shelter volunteers take care of our three houses. Some volunteers clean to make sure our houses are ready for the next family. Some volunteers work directly with TDP Housing Team managing the families in our shelters. Interested, contact us for more information.
We also host special events throughout the year including The Dwelling Place Breakfast and Break-a-Balloon Fundraiser and The Dwelling Place Golf Outing where volunteer assistance is always needed.
